胡适判断《直隶河渠书》案观点献疑

摘　　要：胡适对于嘉庆年间发起的《直隶河渠书》案用力甚勤,撰文论述了公案的核心问题——《畿辅安澜志》与《直隶河渠书》的关系问题.他提供了两组论据证明《畿辅安澜志》与赵一清、戴震二人以及《直隶河渠书》观点之不同,进而得出两书并无关系的结论.但由于撰文时未能见到《直隶河渠书》,一方面,他不能发现两书虽观点不同却存在一定联系的现象,即《畿辅安澜志》的某些观点实际上是针对《直隶河渠书》而发,可谓"见其异而不见其所以异";另一方面,也不能发现《畿辅安澜志》直接承袭《直隶河渠书》的内容,可谓"只见其异而不见其同".此外,他也没有认识到《畿辅安澜志》的主要作者王锟对于直隶河道事宜会有其自身见解的可能性.通过比勘可知,两书存在直接关系,这也足以反证胡适的观点不能成立.Hu Shi devoted great efforts to research the controversy over Annals of the Rivers and Canals in Zhili Province lunching in the period of Jiaqing so as to he wrote articles to study the key problem-the relation between Annals of Ji Fu An Lan and Annals of the Rivers and Canals in Zhili Province.In this case,he provided two arguments to prove the differing views about Annals of Ji Fu An Lan and Zhao Yiqing,Dai Zhen's points of Annals of the Rivers and Canals in Zhili Province drawing the conclusion of no connection between each other.However,failure to read Annals of the Rivers and Canals in Zhili Province,Hu Shi couldn't find some certain relations between the two different points of books,in other words,the points of Annals of Ji Fu An Lan contrapose Annals of the Rivers and Canals in Zhili Province.As also,he couldn't find Annals of Ji Fu An Lan that is succeeded to Annals of the Rivers and Canals in Zhili Province which he only saw the difference but the integrity.Besides,He failed to recognize that Wang Kun was the true authorship of Annals of Ji Fu An Lan who had his own understanding in Zhi Li riverway affairs.Through the comparison search,there is a direct relationship between the two annals.In general,Hu Shi's viewpoint can't be invalidated.
