摘  要:校企合作是培养应用技术型人才的必须路径。随着应用技术型本科院校转型深化,建立稳定的校企合作机制尤为关键。论述了食品质量与安全专业实施校企合作人才培养的价值,分析了现行校企合作的现状,并提出了校企合作的策略,以期为食品质量与安全专业应用技术型人才培养的校企合作机制提供一定参考。School-enterprise cooperation was a necessary way to cultivate applied technical talents.With the deepening of the transformation of application-oriented technology universities,it was particularly crucial to establish a stable school-enterprise cooperation mechanism.This paper discusses the value of implementing school-enterprise cooperation personnel training for food quality and safety specialty,analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation,and puts forward the strategy of school-enterprise cooperation,in order to provide some reference for the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of application-technical personnel training for food quality and safety specialty.
