摘  要:为了探讨地铁车站底板早龄期应力发展规律,基于温、湿度耦合作用,考虑约束和松弛因素,建立了早龄期耦合约束应力计算方法,利用COMSOL有限元分析软件,对不同温度和不同尺寸下的地铁车站底板应力进行了计算分析,为实际工程施工和抗裂性研究提供了理论参考.结果表明:当养护温度小于20℃时,最佳入模温度宜等于养护温度;当养护温度大于等于20℃时,最佳入模温度宜为20℃;板长对应力影响较小,且平面方向应力分布较为均匀;板厚对应力影响较大,两者呈反比关系;底板一次性浇筑厚度不宜大于1.15m.In order to discuss the stress development law of the subway station floor at early age,a calculation method of coupled constraint stress at early age was established based on the coupling effect of temperature and humidity,as the same time considering the constraint and relaxation factors.The stress of the subway station floor at different temperatures and different sizes was calculated and analyzed by using COMSOL finite element analysis software,which provided a theoretical reference for the actual engineering construction and crack resistance research.The results showed that when the curing temperature was less than 20℃,the best molding temperature should be equal to the curing temperature.When the curing temperature was greater than or equal to 20℃,the best molding temperature should be 20 ℃.The plate length had little influence on the stress,and the stress distribution in the plane direction was relatively uniform,while the plate thickness had a great influence on the stress,and the relationship between them was inversely proportional.The one-time pouring thickness of the bottom plate should not be greater than 1.15 m.
