摘　　要：玫瑰痤疮是皮肤科常见的慢性、炎症性疾病,因发生于面部,严重影响患者身心健康。西医药治疗个体差异小,不良反应较大,患者依从性欠佳。近年来中医辨证治疗玫瑰痤疮在临床疗效、主观症状、检测指标和DLQI评分等方面均取得明显成效,且无明显不良反应。现将近5年玫瑰痤疮辨证论治和内治处方用药规律相关文献综述如下,以期为此病治疗提供思路。Rosacea is a common chronic inflammatory disease in dermatology.It occurs on the face and seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.The treatment in western medicine is relatively simple,without obvious pertinence.In recent years,the differentiation has achieved remarkable results in clinical efficacy,subjective symptoms,laboratory indexes and DLQI score.The syndrome dfferentiation treatment and the rules of prescription are reviewed in recent 5 years,which provide thoughts and methods for TCM treatment of rosacea.
