摘　　要：目的 采用文献计量法对中药抗衰老文献进行统计分析,以期揭示中药抗衰老的研究热点、发展趋势及现状,为后续学者提供参考。方法 基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库检索2001年—2022年国内有关中药抗衰老研究方面的文献,运用Endnote和NoteExpress等软件对文献的年际发文量、核心作者、著者单位、研究热点、来源期刊等情况进行分析。结果 共计检索出有效文献705篇。其中,有19位核心作者被纳入;著者单位495所,包括北京中医药大学和南京中医药大学等;研究热点主要集中于药理作用、化学成分和作用机制等方面。结论 国内中药抗衰老基础研究较多,但是缺乏临床研究、研究深度不足以及研究时空分布不均,建议从国家政策支持和高校研究团队建设两大方面进行改善。Objective The bibliometric method was used to statistically analyze the anti-aging research literature of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to reveal the hot spots,current research status and development trend of anti-aging research of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for subsequent researchers.Methods Based on the CNKI database,this paper searched the domestic literatures on anti-aging research of traditional Chinese medicine from 2001 to 2022,and Endnote,NoteExpress and other software were used to analyze the inter annual number of papers,core authors,author units,research hotspots,source journals and so on.Results A total of 705 valid papers were retrieved.Among them,19 core authors were included.495 author units include Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.Research hotspots mainly focused on pharmacological effects,chemical composition and mechanism of action.Conclusion There are many basic researches on anti-aging of Chinese medicine in China,but there is a lack of clinical studies,insufficient research depth and uneven distribution of research time and space.It is suggested to improve the research from the two aspects of national policy support and university research team building.
