健儿清解液联合蓝芩口服液治疗手足口病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察健儿清解液联合蓝芩口服液治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 随机将门诊270例患儿分成2组,试验组140例,对照组130例,对照组给予蓝芩口服液治疗;试验组给予健儿清解液联合蓝芩口服液治疗。观察患儿治疗后发热持续时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔疱疹消退时间及治愈时间。结果 治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的发热持续时间、皮疹消退时间、口腔疱疹消退时间、治愈时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);试验组和对照组无明显不良反应。结论 健儿清解液与蓝芩口服液合用治疗急性手足口病效果显著,发热、咽痛等持续时间短,治愈快,不良反应少。Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianer Qingjie solution combined with Lanqin oral liquid in treating acute hand-footmouth disease.Methods 270 cases of children were randomly divided into treatment group of 140 cases and control group of 130 cases.The control group was given Lanqin oral liquid and the experimental group was treated with Jianer Qingjie solution combined with Lanqin oral liquid.Children'fever time,hand-foot herpes fade time,oral ulcer healing time and healing time were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Experimental herpes fading time,anti-febrile time,hand-foot healing time,and average hospitalization time of treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious incidence of adverse reactions occurred in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianer Qingjie solution combined with Lanqin oral liquid can effectively treat acute hand-foot-mouth by shortening patient's symptoms improvement time and length of hospital stay with no obvious adverse reaction.
