摘　　要：目的 探究神曲消食口服液联合常规疗法治疗新生儿黄疸对氧化/抗氧化状态的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年12月湖北江汉油田总医院收治的100例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组予以常规疗法治疗(蓝光照射+布拉氏酵母菌散),观察组在对照组基础上增加神曲消食口服液治疗。比较2组临床总有效率、黄疸消退时间及治疗前后黄疸指数、肝功能、氧化/抗氧化指标。结果 观察组较对照组临床总有效率明显更高,黄疸消退时间更短(均P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组黄疸指数及肝功能、氧化/抗氧化指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 神曲消食口服液联合常规疗法治疗新生儿黄疸疗效显著,可明显加速症状改善,降低黄疸指数,保护患儿肝功能,并有效调节氧化应激状态。Objective To explore the effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with conventional therapy on oxidative/antioxidant status of neonatal jaundice.Methods 100 cases of neonatal jaundice from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy(blue light rradiation and Saccharomyces boulardi powder),and the observation group was treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical total effective rate,jaundice regression time,jaundice index,liver function[total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)J,oxidative/antioxidant status[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)J and catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(CSH PX)I were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the duration of jaundice resolution was shorter(all P<0.05).After treatment,the jaundice index,liver function and oxidation/antioxidant indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionnShenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with conventional therapy is effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can significantly accelerate the improvement of symptoms,reduce jaundice index,protect the liver function of children,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and effectively regulate the state of oxidative stress.
