麦粒灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察麦粒灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法本研究选取120例寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经患者为临床研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组用麦粒灸治疗,对照组用常规西药治疗。观察2组治疗后各项评分情况。结果2组治疗后NRS评分、CMSS症状严重程度评分、CMSS症状持续时间均有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麦粒灸治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经较常规西药治疗效果更佳。Objective To observe the clinical effect of wheat moxibustion on primary dysmenorrhea with cold dampness and stagnation.Methods In this study,120 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with cold dampness and stagnation type were selected as clinical research objects,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with wheat grain moxibustion,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The scores of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results After treatment,NRS score,CMSS symptom severity score and CMSS symptom duration were significantly decreased in 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wheat grain moxibustion is more effective than conventional western medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold dampness and stagnation.
