推拿与热敷前后顺序对肩周炎疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究治疗肩周炎时推拿与热敷先后顺序对临床疗效的影响。方法 将78例肩周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为推拿先组(39例)和热敷先组(39例)。推拿先组患者治疗时先予推拿治疗再予热敷治疗;热敷先组患者治疗时先予热敷治疗再予推拿手法治疗。2组均治疗2个疗程,比较2组治疗后疼痛情况和关节活动度。结果 热敷先组治疗后VAS评分优于推拿先组(P<0.05);热敷先组肩关节活动积分优于推拿先组(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗肩周炎时热敷先组和推拿先组对缓解疼痛和改善肩关节活动度都有效果,但热敷先组较推拿先组治疗效果更优,临床治疗肩周炎时应注意治疗项目的前后顺序。Objective To study the effect of the sequence of massage and hot compress on the clinical effect in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 78 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into massage first group and hot compress first group.The patients in massage first group received massage manipulation treatment before hot compress treatment.The patients in hot compress first group received hot compress treatment before massage manipulation treatment.After two courses of treatment,the improvement of joint range of motion and VAS pain were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the hot compress first group was better than that of the massage first group(P<0.05).The shoulder joint activity score of the hot compress first group was better than that of the massage first group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,hot compress treatment before massage treatment has a more obvious effect on relieving pain and improving the local range of motion of shoulder joint.In the clinical treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,we should pay attention to the sequence of treatment items.
