摘　　要：目的 观察穴位敷贴加按压配合间苯三酚治疗妊娠剧吐的临床疗效。方法 选取院内80例妊娠剧吐孕妇,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组行常规补液治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上联合穴位敷贴加按压及间苯三酚静滴。观察治疗前后恶心呕吐量化表症状评分、视觉模拟量表评分的变化情况,临床疗效和住院时间。结果 治疗组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组恶心呕吐量化评分和视觉模拟量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组住院时长短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位敷贴加按压配合间苯三酚治疗妊娠剧吐效果显著,明显改善患者症状,且能缩短疗程。To observe the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with acupoint application and pressing on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods Eighty pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine fluid infusion.The treatment group was treated with phloroglucinol intravenous drip combined with acupoint application and pressing on the basis of routine fluid replacement.The changes of symptom score and visual analog scale score of nausea and vomiting quantification scale before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and hospital stay were observed.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<O.05),but the nausea and vomiting quantization score and visual analog scale score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with acupoint application and pressing has a significant effect on hyperemesis gravidarum,significantly improve the symptoms of patients,and can shorten the course of treatment.
