川派中医韩懋脉学思想探要

摘　　要：川派中医韩懋,由儒入医,医名盛于一时。所著《韩氏医通》在四诊中尤重脉诊,继承《内经》《难经》寸口脉诊、分定脏腑和五脏平脉思想,形成一套完整的指法,并进一步详述五脏平脉及其诊断意义。韩懋以右尺切诊命门之火,认为三焦为其流行通道,元气为其表现形式,命门之火为“呼吸之根,性命之蒂”。对于各家脉学思想,韩懋提出自身理论见解,批判继承、补充发展。除此之外,韩懋提出绢上习脉,为后代学习者提供脉学学习范式。本文旨在通过系统总结韩懋脉学思想,为中医临床提供脉诊思路。Han Mao,a medical doctor in Sichuan,changed his major from Confucianism to medicine,and his medical name flourished for a while.Han Shi Yi Tong was written by Han Mao,which pays special attention to pulse diagnosis in the four consultations.This book inherites Nei Jing and Nan Jing’s Zang-Fu organs and five Zang organs flat meridians thought.On this basis,Han Shi Yi Tong has formed a complete set of fingering methods,and further details the five Zang organs and their diagnostic significance.He promoted the theory that diagnose the Fire of the Vatal-gate by taking pulse on the right chi,San-Jiao is its popular channel,Yuan Qi is the form of its expression and the Fire of the Vatal-gate is the root of breath and life.For the thought of pulse science put forward by various schools,Han Mao puts forward his own theoretical opinions,and then criticizes and inherits pulse science thought of each school,and supplemented and developed it.In addition,Han Mao proposed the method of learning pulse on silk,to provide pulse learning paradigm for future generations of learners.This paper aims to provide the clinical idea of pulse diagnosis by systematically summarizing the idea of Han Mao’s pulseology.
