摘　　要：随着大数据、云计算、人工智能以及算法等技术在西方政党政治中的广泛应用,政党竞选和运行过程中“计算化”趋势愈加显著,进而建构出一种“政党计算”的认知图式。“政党计算”之图式包括两重面向:一种是政党在政治竞争中的理性选择、利益博弈的政治计算;另一种是政党在技术变革中的技术赋能、能力迭代的动态计算。一般来说,技术的累积创新突破会深刻地改变经济社会格局和人们的思想观念,也驱动政党政治和“政党计算”发展演变。With the wide application of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and algorithms in Western party politics and party governance,the trend of"computerization"in the process of party election and operation is more and more significant,and then a cognitive schema of"party calculation"is constructed.The schema of"party calculation"includes two aspects:one is the rational choice of party in political competition and the political calculation of interest game;The other is the dynamic calculation of technological empowerment and capability iteration of political parties in technological change.Generally speaking,cumulative technological breakthroughs will profoundly change the economic and social pattern and people's ideas,and also drive the evolution of party politics and"party computing".
