从乙癸同源论治围绝经期干眼症

摘　　要：女性进入围绝经期,冲任虚衰,天癸渐竭,脏腑气血、阴阳失衡,若肝肾阴虚,则出现月经失调、潮热汗出、情绪烦躁、心悸失眠等病理状态,因气血津液亏虚,目失所养,围绝经期干眼症发病率较常人升高,眼干涩痛、视物模糊等症状更加重了围绝经期女性的痛苦,其治疗越来越得到重视。中医重视“治病必求于本”,笔者认为肝肾阴虚是围绝经期干眼症的病机根本,运用李中梓提出“乙癸同源,肾肝同治”理论,将其应用到围绝经期干眼症的治疗中,对提高治疗效果具有一定积极意义。Women enter the perimenopausal period,with the debility of Chong and Ren,the exhaustion of qi and blood in viscera and the imbalance of yin and yang.If the liver and kidney are yin-deficient,there will be menstrual disorders,hot flashes and sweating,emotional irritability,palpitation and insomnia and other pathological states.Because of the deficiency of qi,blood and body fluid,the incidence of perimenopausal dry eye is higher than that of ordinary people,and symptoms such as dry eyes and blurred vision aggravate the pain of perimenopausal women.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to its treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine attaches importance to“treating diseases must be based on the root”.The author thinks that yin deficiency of liver and kidney is the root of the pathogenesis of perimenopausal dry eye.Li Zhongzi put forward the theory of“homology theory of Yi and Gui,and simultaneous treatment of kidney and liver”,which is applied to the treatment of perimenopausal dry eye,and has certain positive significance for improving the treatment effect.
