放血疗法联合复方倍卤米松乳膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的对三棱针刺络放血法与局部涂擦复方倍卤米松乳膏联合应用治疗局限性神经性皮炎进行临床观察。方法将患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组35例。研究组采用放血疗法联合复方倍卤米松乳膏,对照组单用复方倍卤米松乳膏进行治疗,4个疗程后分别对2组疗效及患者的焦虑情绪评分。结果研究组治疗后症状总积分及患者焦虑评分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放血疗法联合复方倍卤米松乳膏较单用常规外用药物复方倍卤米松乳膏,疗效更优、更有利于缓解患者焦虑情绪。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on treatment of localized neurodermatitis with combination of blood-letting therapy by three-edged needle and compound halometasone cream.Methods 70 patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into study group and control group,and both of them had 35 patients.Patients in the study group received blood-letting therapy combined with compound halometasone cream,and patients in the control group received compound halometasone cream alone.The therapeutic effect and anxiety state of these two groups were evaluated after 4 courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy score and the anxiety score of the study group after treatment were significantly lower than them and before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of localized neurodermatits,blood-letting therapy combined with compound halometasone cream has better efficacy than using compound halometasone cream alone,which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
