穴位注射法治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射法治疗肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的疗效及对5-羟色胺表达的影响。方法选取妊娠恶阻肝胃不和型患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予静脉补液治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,予穴位注射治疗,疗程均为7 d。观察2组治疗前后中医证候、妊娠期恶心呕吐专用量表(PUQE)积分、外周血5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量及复发情况。结果与本组治疗前比较,2组患者中医证候、PUQE评分、5-HT含量明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后中医证候、PUQE评分、5-HT下降明显(P<0.05);复发率下降(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射法可明显改善妊娠恶阻患者临床症状,作用机制可能为下调5-HT表达。Objective To explore the curative effect of acupoint injection and its therapeutic effect on 5-HT expression.Methods 70 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 in each group.The control group was given intravenous fluid replacement treatment,and the treatment group was given acupoint injection treatment on the basis of the control group for a course of 7 days.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome,special scale of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy(PUQE)score,peripheral blood 5-HT content and recurrence were observed.Results Compared with the group before treatment,TCM syndrome,PUQE score and 5-HT content decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,TCM syndrome,PUQE score and 5-HT decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of malignant patients,and the mechanism of action may be downregulation of 5-HT expression.
