黄芪养心汤治疗2型糖尿病心肌病阴虚血瘀证临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病心肌病阴虚血瘀证患者应用黄芪养心汤治疗的效果。方法选取郑州市金水区总医院中医科就诊的2型糖尿病心肌病阴虚血瘀证患者86例为研究对象,随机分为2组,对照组43例行常规西医治疗,治疗组43例行常规西医加黄芪养心汤治疗,比较分析2组治疗效果、中医证候积分、血糖及心功能指标。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分、血糖指标、左室射血分数水平低于对照组,左室舒张末压水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪养心汤治疗2型糖尿病心肌病阴虚血瘀证患者效果确切,值得临床大力推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Yangxin decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were treated in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinshui District General Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.43 patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and 43 patients in the treatment group received conventional western medicine and Huangqi Yangxin decoction.The therapeutic effects,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,blood sugar and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TCM syndrome score,blood glucose index and left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of left ventricular end-diastolic blood pressure was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Yangxin decoction is effective in treating type 2 diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
