摘　　要：目的 探讨拔伸旋转手法在桡尺远侧关节损伤的应用效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2022年3月厦门市第三医院收治的54例桡尺远侧关节损伤患者作为研究对象,按照整复手法的不同分为拔伸旋转法组(29例)和旋转挤压法组(25例)。拔伸旋转法组给予拔伸牵引和环转摇晃腕关节治疗,旋转挤压法组给予环转挤压腕关节治疗。比较2组治疗前后的腕关节Gartland-Werley评分和Cooney评分。结果 治疗后,2组Gartland-Werley评分均低于治疗前,且拔伸旋转法组均低于旋转挤压法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Cooney评分均高于治疗前,且拔伸旋转法组均高于旋转挤压法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 拔伸旋转手法治疗桡尺远侧关节损伤能更好地恢复患者的腕关节功能。Objective To explore the application effect of rotation and stretching manipulation in the treatment of distal radioulnar joint injury.Methods A total of 54 patients with distal radioulnar joint injury admitted to Xiamen Third Hospital from July 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the pull-out rotation method group of 29 cases and the rotary extrusion method group of 25 cases according to the different reduction methods.The rotation and stretching method group was treated with pull-traction and ringrotating shaking wrist,and the rotary extrusion method group was treated with circumflex-compression wrist.The Gartland-Werley wrist score and Cooney wrist score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the Gartland-Werley score in groups were lower than before treatment,the pull-out rotation method group was lower than the rotary extrusion method group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Cooney scores in the two groups were increased,the pull-out rotation method group was increased in comparison with the rotary extrusion method group,and the difference of two groups being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of distal radioulnar joint injury by the pull-out rotation method can better restore the wrist function of patients.
