消化内镜术后胃肠功能紊乱的中医适宜技术规范化应用

摘　　要：随着人们饮食结构和生活方式的改变,胃肠道疾病的发生率逐年升高,消化道内镜治疗成为人们预防、治疗消化道疾病的首选,但消化道内镜治疗易引起胃肠道功能紊乱,如恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛、便秘等。中医适宜技术如穴位贴敷、腕踝针、耳穴压豆等,具有操作简单、安全、不良反应少的特点,被广泛应用于临床。现以威海市中医院脾胃病科针对内镜术后胃肠功能紊乱开展的中医技术进行数据分析,排在前2位的是穴位贴敷、腕踝针,检索并概述近几年此2项技术在临床应用的现状、存在问题及规范化的思路,以期望中医适宜技术在消化道内镜术后胃肠功能紊乱治疗中发挥更大作用。With the change of people’s diet and lifestyle,the incidence of gastrointestinal diseases has increased year by year.Gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment has become the first choice for people to prevent and treat gastrointestinal diseases.However,gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment is prone to cause gastrointestinal functional disorders,such as nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,constipation,etc.Suitable techniques of traditional Chinese medicine,such as acupoint application,wrist ankle acupuncture,ear point pressing bean,etc.,are widely used in clinic because of their simple operation,safety and few adverse reactions.Based on the data analysis of traditional Chinese medicine technology carried out by the spleen and stomach disease department of our hospital for gastrointestinal dysfunction after endoscopy,the top two are acupoint application and wrist ankle acupuncture.The current situation,existing problems and standardized ideas of these two technologies in clinical application in recent years are retrieved and summarized,in order to hope that the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine will play a greater role in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastrointestinal endoscopy.
