辰时循经刮痧联合穴位按摩护理在原发性高血压中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探究辰时循经刮痧联合穴位按摩护理在原发性高血压中的应用。方法 将86例2020年4月—2022年3月在兴国县人民医院就诊的原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和中医组,各43例。2组均接受降压药物治疗,对照组给予常规护理,中医组在常规护理基础上给予辰时循经刮痧联合穴位按摩护理,4周后比较2组血压控制情况、中医证候积分以及生活质量评分。结果 中医组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 辰时循经刮痧联合穴位按摩护理可帮助原发性高血压患者降低血压,改善中医证候积分,提高原发性高血压患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application of Chenshi meridian scraping combined with acupoint massage nursing in essential hypertension.Methods 86 patients with essential hypertension treated in Xingguo County People’s Hospital of Jiangxi from April 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with antihypertensive drugs,the control group was given routine care,and the TCM group was given Chenshi meridian scraping combined with acupoint massage on the basis of routine care.After 4 weeks,blood pressure control,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the TCM group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chenshi meridian scraping combined with acupoint massage nursing can help reduce the blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension,improve the score of TCM syndromes and improve the quality of life.
