摘　　要：数据元作为数据标准,既是数字化建设的基础工作,同时又是构建高质量数据资产的关键。当前数据元建设过程中,如数据元重复、质量低、建设不规范、工作效率低等问题突出。通过研究国内外数据元研究成果,提出了数据元治理框架及建议,旨在为业界数据元建设提供参考。As data standard,data element is not only the basic work of digital construction,but is also the key to building high-quality data assets.Currently,in the construction process of data elements,the problems such as duplication,low quality,non-stan-dard construction,low efficiency of work,etc.,is prominent.By analyzing research results of domestic and foreign,this paper puts forward the governance framework and suggestions of data element,and the purpose is to provide reference for data element con-struction in the industry.
