摘　　要：以X车型掀背门内板拉伸模刺破刀铁屑问题的解决为实例,详细说明了问题的发生和现状把握,对问题产生的原因进行全面分析,并制定可行的解决方案,最终成功解决刺破刀铁屑多发的问题。This article takes the solution of the problem of iron filings generated during lancing process of drawing die for the inner plate of the liftgate of the X model as an example,explains in detail the occurrence of the problem and the grasp of the current situation,comprehensively analyzes the causes of the problem,and develops feasible solutions.Finally,it successfully solves the problem of frequent occurrence of iron filings generated during lancing process of drawing die.
