摘 要:本文使用连续摩擦焊技术代替传统的氩弧焊工艺焊接Super304H钢管,摩擦焊过程中,施加不同的摩擦转速,研究不同的摩擦转速在焊接过程中对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,增加摩擦转速,焊合区和热影响区晶粒尺寸变化不明显,热影响区析出部分碳化物,显微硬度和拉伸强度随着摩擦转速增大而增大,冲击韧性随着摩擦转速增大而下降,拉伸试样断裂位置为热影响区。摩擦焊焊接接头的微观组织均匀分布和力学性能优秀。In this paper,the continuous friction welding technology is used to replace the tra-ditional argon arc welding process to weld Super304H steel pipe.During the friction welding process,different friction speeds are applied to study the influence of different friction speeds on the mechanical properties of welded joints in the welding process.The results showed that with the increase of friction speed,the grain size in the weld zone and Heat-affected zone did not change significantly.Some carbides precipitated in the Heat-affected zone,the microhard-ness and tensile strength increased with the increase of friction speed,and the impact tough-ness decreased with the increase of friction speed.The fracture location of the tensile specimen was the Heat-affected zone.The microstructure of the welded joint of friction welding is evenly distributed and the mechanical properties are excellent.
