摘  要:本文针对翼轨镶嵌式合金钢组合辙叉生产过程中存在镶嵌块加工工艺流程设置、合金钢机加工精度控制、多组件组装过程中公差配合等技术难点进行了工艺研究。通过合理安排工艺路线、开发专用卡具和检测样板、配件尺寸链设置等方法完成本次工艺开发,主要介绍了辙叉组件的加工流程、质量控制,完成辙叉的组装工艺开发,为翼轨镶嵌式合金钢组合辙叉的开发提供工艺依据。In view of the technical difficulties in the production process of wing rail inlaid alloy steel composite frog,such as the setting of inlay block manufacturing process design,alloy steel machining accuracy control,and tolerance fit during multi component assembly,process research was conducted.And the process design was completed by reasonably arranging the process route,developing special fixtures and test templates,and setting the size chain of accesso-ries.This article mainly introduces the processing and quality control of the frog assembly,and completes the assembly process setting of the frog,providing a technological basis for the pro-duction of the wing rail inlaid alloy steel composite frog.
