电梯曳引轮的轮槽磨损原因及其检验

摘　　要：为了给人们出行提供便利条件,电梯成为了高层及超高层建筑中常见的一种运输工具,在运输效果上比较理想,当前建筑中广泛使用的电梯类型为曳引式电梯。所以,做好电梯曳引轮轮槽磨损情况的检验,及时修复与处理,可以保证电梯运行安全。本文就通过对电梯曳引轮的轮槽磨损产生原因的调查,通过开展电梯检验工作,选择适宜的检验方法,减少电梯运行故障问题发生。In order to provide convenient conditions for people to travel,elevators have become a common means of transportation in high-rise and super high-rise buildings,with ideal transportation effects.Currently,the type of elevator widely used in buildings is traction eleva⁃tor.Therefore,doing a good job in inspecting the wear of the elevator traction wheel grooves,re⁃pairing and handling them in a timely manner can ensure the safety of elevator operation.This article aims to investigate the causes of the abrasion of the wheel grooves of elevator traction wheels,conduct elevator inspection work,and select appropriate inspection methods to reduce the occurrence of elevator operation failures.
