高耐静水压低乳化剂用量聚丙烯酸酯织物涂层剂基础胶的研制

摘　　要：以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸为单体,HEA和AAEM为交联剂,在低乳化剂用量条件下采用改进的半连续乳液聚合工艺制备了自交联高耐静水压聚丙烯酸酯核壳乳液,将其用作织物涂层剂基础胶,并探讨了制备条件对乳液及其应用效果的影响。结果表明,乳液优化聚合工艺为:使用改进的半连续乳液聚合工艺,单体质量比m(丙烯酸丁酯)∶m(丙烯酸乙酯)∶m(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)=15∶7∶4,丙烯酸、衣康酸、HEA、AAEM、引发剂过硫酸铵和还原剂亚硫酸氢钠的用量分别为1.44%、1.44%、2.45%、0.79%、0.18%和0.18%(对单体总质量),反应温度为60℃,反应时间为5 h;引入小分子反应单体可以保护聚合稳定性,将乳化剂的用量控制在0.4%左右,远小于常规产品用量,大幅减少了其对成膜致密性的影响;制备的水性聚丙烯酸酯乳液含固量在50%左右,乳液膜拉伸强度可达6.8 MPa;涂层后表面干爽,手感柔软,耐低温性能好,涂层织物耐静水压可达18 kPa。Self-crosslinked polyacrylate core-shell emulsion with high resistance to hydrostatic pressure was pre⁃pared under low emulsifier dosage conditions using an improved semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process with bu⁃tyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,and acrylic acid as monomers and HEA and AAEM as crosslinking agents.The emulsion was used as the basic adhesive of fabric coating agent.The influence of preparation conditions on emulsion and application effect was investigated.The results show that the optimized lotion polymerization process is as follows:us⁃ing the improved semi-continuous emulsion polymerization process,the mass ratio of monomer m(butyl acrylate)∶m(ethyl acrylate)∶m(methyl methacrylate)=15∶7∶4,the amount of acrylic acid,itaconic acid,HEA,AAEM,initiator ammonium per⁃sulfate and reducing agent sodium bisulfite is 1.44%,1.44%,2.45%,0.79%,0.18%and 0.18%(to the total mass of mono⁃mers),respectively,and the reaction temperature is 60℃,the reaction time is 5 h.Introducing small molecule reactive monomers can protect polymerization stability by controlling the amount of emulsifier at around 0.4%,which is much small⁃er than the amount of conventional products,greatly reducing its impact on film density.The solid content of the prepared waterborne polyacrylate emulsion is around 50%,and the tensile strength of the lotion film can reach 6.8 MPa.After coat⁃ing,the surface of the fabric is dry,soft to the touch,and has good low-temperature resistance.The resistance to hydrostat⁃ic pressure of coated fabric can reach 18 kPa.
