摘 要:以荧光增白锦纶织物为研究对象,根据GB/T 30669—2014中的方法,采用QUV老化设备通过3因素2水平正交试验探讨了影响样品耐紫外线黄变性能的因素,着重探讨了黑标温度(即辐照温度)和辐照时间的影响。结果表明,各因素的影响排序由大到小为:辐照时间、辐照度、辐照温度,延长辐照时间和提高辐照温度会加剧样品的黄变程度,并建议GB/T 30669—2014在今后的修订中明确辐照温度,(47±3)℃可作为参考。The fluorescent whitening nylon fabric was taken as the research object.According to the method in GB/T 30669—2014,the factors affecting the resistance to ultraviolet light yellowing of samples were investigated through a 3-fac⁃tor 2-level orthogonal test using QUV aging equipment.Emphasis was placed on exploring the effects of black standardpanel temperature(irradiation temperature)and irradiation time.The results show that the influence of each factor is ranked from large to small:irradiation time,irradiance,irradiation temperature.Increasing the irradiation time and test tem⁃perature will aggravate the degree of yellowing of the sample.It is recommended to clarify the irradiation temperature in fu⁃ture revisions of GB/T 30669—2014,(47±3)℃for reference.
