知识服务视角下智慧图书馆知识资源建设研究及实践——以广西桂林图书馆报纸知识资源服务平台为例

摘　　要：在全国图书馆智慧化转型背景下,基于知识服务的视角,梳理了图书馆知识服务与知识资源建设相关理论研究,分析了智慧图书馆知识资源建设发展趋势及建设要求,构建了知识资源建设组织框架,并在此基础上,结合广西桂林图书馆地方报纸知识服务平台建设案例,探讨了将报纸知识资源应用于知识服务的实现方式,进而从建设规划、资源内容、数据管理、服务平台、技术赋能、人员参与等方面提出了推进知识资源建设工作的发展建议,以期为智慧图书馆相关领域研究与实践提供一定参考。Under the background of the intelligent transformation of national libraries,from the perspective of knowledge service,this paper sorts out the relevant theoretical research of knowledge service and knowledge resources construction of libraries,analyzes the development directions and construction methods of knowledge resources construction of smart libraries,builds a framework for knowledge resources construction,and on this basis,combining with the case of the local newspaper knowledge service platform of Guilin Library in Guangxi,discusses the realization method of applying newspaper knowledge resources to knowledge service,and then puts forward development suggestions to promote the construction of knowledge resources from the aspects of construction planning,resource content,data management,service platform,technology enablement,personnel participation,etc.,in order to provide some reference for the research and practice of smart library related fields.
