摘　　要：便携式γ射线照射装置主要用于γ辐射剂量仪校准,能够提供便携式参考辐射场对γ射线辐射监测仪进行辐照。便携式γ射线照射装置作为工程样机需要在特定环境下使用,其质量特性尤为重要。重点研究对便携式照射装置的可靠性、维修性、环境适应性的设计与测试;实验表明,便携式γ射线照射装置可靠性满足MTBF≥2 000 h的要求,维修性满足MTTR≤3 h的要求,能够在-20~45℃下贮存,在-10~45℃下工作,相对湿度为25%~75%,可解决固定式X、γ辐射剂量仪的现场校准难题,提高监测数据的准确性,为核设施的安全运行、事故预警和应急监测提供计量技术保障。Portable γ-ray irradiation device is mainly used for calibration of γ-ray radiation dosimeter,which can provide portable reference radiation field to irradiate γ-ray radiation monitor.Portable γ-ray irradiation device as an engineering prototype needs to be used in a specific environment,and its quality characteristics are particularly important.In this study,the reliability,maintainability and environmental adaptability of portable irradiation device were designed and tested.The experiment shows that portable γ ray irradiation device reliability meets the requirements of MTBF ≥2000 h,maintainability meets the requirements of MTTR ≤3 h,can be stored under-20~45 ℃,-10~45 ℃working,relative humidity is 25% ~75%,can solve the problem of fixed X,γ radiation dosimeter calibration,improve the accuracy of monitoring data to provide metering technical support,for the safe operation of nuclear facilities,accident warning and emergency monitoring.
