摘 要:为了提高控制与保护开关的抗冲击性能,提出一种开关结构。通过研究触头与衔铁的动态特性,计算碟形弹簧组的尺寸参数,设计电磁机构并进行有限元模型仿真,分析外部冲击对触头和衔铁动作的影响。结果表明,使用碟形弹簧替换圆柱形螺旋弹簧后,开关结构的抗冲击性能增强,改进后的电磁机构抗冲击性能有所提高。研究成果可为控制与保护开关抗冲击结构的优化设计提供参考。In order to improve the anti-impact performance of control and protection switches,a switch structure is proposed.The dynamic characteristics of the contacts and the armature are studied,the dimensional parameters of the disc spring group are calculated,and the electromagnetic mechanism is designed and simulated using finite element modeling.The influence of external impact on the operation of the contacts and the armature is analyzed.The results show that the switch structure with disc springs replacing cylindrical spiral springs has enhanced anti-impact performance of the switch,and the improved electromagnetic mechanism also shows improved anti-impact performance.The research results can provide reference for the optimization design of anti-impact structures for control and protection switches.
