摘 要:长期以来,常规二次回路设计数字化模型的缺失阻碍了变电站的高效建设及维护,尤其是对继电保护设备采用常规采样、电缆跳闸方式的变电站影响更大,在保护运维方面的问题主要体现在二次回路测试验证效率低、在线监视困难等。近年来,业内专家已经开展了变电站数字化回路建模技术研究,并制定了变电站回路数字化设计规范,为提高变电站全生命周期管理水平奠定了基础。本文提出基于二次回路数字化建模的保护运维技术提升方法,可免配置实现常规采样、电缆跳闸保护设备的二次回路自动测试及在线监视,有利于提升继电保护系统运行维护水平。The lack of digital models for conventional secondary circuit design has posed obstacles to the efficient construction and maintenance of substations for a long time,and has greater impact on substations where conventional sampling and tripping methods are used for relay protection equipment.The problems in protection operation and maintenance are mainly reflected in the low efficiency of secondary circuit verification and the difficulty in online monitoring.In recent years,experts have begun to study the modeling technology of substation secondary circuits,and have developed digital design specifications for secondary circuits in substations,laying the foundation for improving the level of substation lifecycle management.This paper proposes the method of improving the protection operation and maintenance technology based on the digital modeling of the secondary circuit,realizing the automatic testing and online monitoring of the secondary circuit of conventional sampling and tripping protection equipment without configuration,which is conducive to improving the operation and maintenance level of the relay protection system.
