摘 要:普通高中学生综合素质评价是深化教育评价改革、推进考试招生制度改革的重要制度。本研究采用访谈和问卷调查相结合的方法,对B市部分普通高中学校综合素质评价的实施情况进行调查,发现尽管综合素质评价在实施与管理、结果使用等方面取得了显著进展,但仍存在评价内容与最新政策文件要求相脱节、监督机制不完善、育人功能的发挥存在较大校际差异等问题。探寻优化普通高中学生综合素质评价的实施路径,需要进一步完善评价内容体系,加强对各级相关评价主体的监督,完善其育人与选拔功能发挥的保障机制。The comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary high school students is an essential requirement for deepening the reform of educational evaluation,implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and promoting a new round of examination and enrollment system reform.This investigative research looks at comprehensive quality evaluation in some ordinary high schools in B city,and interviews and questionnaires are employed as the main methods.It is found that current comprehensive quality evaluation for ordinary high school students in B city has made remarkable progress in many ways,such as the management and the use of the results.However,some problems remain to be solved.For example,the evaluation content cannot fully meet the requirements of the latest policy documents,the supervision mechanism is poor,and there are salient differences between schools in the effects of the evaluation.To optimize the implementation path of the comprehensive quality evaluation for ordinary high school students,the following actions should be taken:(a)improving the evaluation content system by combining policy requirements and practical needs,(b)strengthening the supervision and guidance of the actors at all levels,and (c)improving the guarantee mechanism to promote the educating function and selecting function of the evaluation.
