基于POE的太原市中心城区公园绿地市民使用偏好和满意度

摘　　要：文章应用使用后评价(POE)的原理,采用问卷调查、实地调研、满意度计算和专家评价的方法,从公园绿地的游憩需求、满意度和使用偏好3个角度综合评价市民对太原市中心城区34个公园的使用偏好和满意度。结果表明:1)超半数的受访市民每周都会前往公园一次至多次,出行目的以舒缓心情、欣赏风景、体育锻炼、陪伴家人居多,并且对增加各类活动设施较为关注。2)市民对太原市公园绿地的满意度较高,整体满意率为809%。3)市民最偏好的景观类型为植物景观和水景,对体育健身设施比较重视,最喜好的活动为文艺展览活动。4)太原市公园绿地整体建设水平较高,34个公园绿地的综合评价值为91,符合国家生态园林城市建设要求。综上,建议增加公园服务设施、丰富公园自然景观、宣传并推广公园社会活动,进一步提高太原市中心城区公园绿地的游憩和景观质量。With post-use evaluation(POE),the paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey,field survey,satisfaction calculation and expert evaluation to comprehensively evaluate citizenspreference and satisfaction with 34 urban parks in Taiyuan city center from three perspectives of recreation demand,degree of satisfaction and use preference.The results show:1)More than half of the respondents go to the park at least once a week,mainly for mental relaxation,scenery sightseeing,physical exercise and family accompanying.They are more concerned about the increased supply of facilities,2)The citizens are highly satisfied with park green spaces in Taiyuan City,and the overall satisfaction rate is 80.9%,3)The most preferred landscapes by citizens are plantscape and waterscape.They pay more attention to sports and fitness facilities,and their favorite activities are art exhibitions,and 4)Taiyuang City boasts a high level of park green spaces,and the average rate generated from the evaluation of the 34 parks is 9.1,which meets the requirements to build a national ecological garden city.It is proposed to increase park service facilities,diversify the natural landscapes,publicize and promote the social activities,so as to further improve the recreation and landscape quality of the parks in downtown Taiyuan.
