摘　　要：深静脉血栓形成(DVT)和肺动脉栓塞(PE)是同种疾病在不同阶段的表现形式,由于人口老龄化等因素导致其患病率呈不断上升趋势。近年来,随着对DVT认识的不断提高,DVT的治疗理念发生了变化。国内血管外科相关专家基于目前的临床试验结果、临床指南与临床经验,并结合国内现状,进行了多次深入探讨,就下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因、分型及腔内治疗方法等方面达成《急性下肢深静脉血栓形成腔内治疗专家共识》,为腔内治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成提供指导。Deep venous thrombosis(DVT)and pulmonary embolism(PE)are manifestations of the same disease in different stages,and due to factors,such as population aging,the prevalence is increasing.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the understanding of DVT,the treatment concept of DVT has changed.Based on the current clinical trial results,clinical guidelines and clinical experience,and combined with the current domestic situation,domestic experts in vascular surgery have carried out many in-depth discussions,and reached the expert consensus on endovascular treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in terms of the etiology,classification and endovascular treatment,providing guidance for endovascular treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.
