摘  要:文中设计一种脉冲宽度调制信号(PWM)的自动校验算法,该算法中主要提出系统函数时间计算法和寄存器读数计算法,分别用于计算PWM信号占空比并进行对比,实现自动校验。系统函数时间计算法是利用Verilog HDL内部库函数进行逻辑运算实现,寄存器读数计算法是利用PWM内部寄存器开放的配置进行计算实现。为实现两个占空比自动校验,对系统函数时间计算法的运算结果做取整处理,对寄存器读数计算法中的计算参数进行进制转换再运算,最后将两者数据进行比较。所设计算法可用于解决PWM正常功能(不带死区控制)、带死区功能、半周期增加功能和输出反转功能的自动校验问题。仿真结果表明,该算法可以实现不同功能点下PWM占空比的自动校验,准确高效,且能够提高验证效率。A automatic calibration algorithm for pulse width modujation(PWM)signal is designed.In this algorithm,the system function time calculation method and register reading calculation method are mainly proposed to calculate the duty ratio of PWM signal and compare them,so as to realize the automatic calibration.The system function time calculation method is implemented due to the logical operation by means of Verilog HDL internal library function,while the register reading calculation method is implemented due to the configuration calculation by means of PWM internal register.To achieve automatic verification of two duty cycles,the calculation results of the system function time calculation method are rounded,and the calculation parameters in the register reading calculation method are converted to decimal before operation.The two data are compared.The designed algorithm can be used to solve the automatic verification problem of PWM normal function(without dead zone control),band dead zone function,half cycle increase function,and output reversal function.The simulation results show that the algorithm can achieve automatic verification of PWM duty cycle at different functional points,and can improve verification accuracy and efficiency.
