摘 要:为了提高电压互感器的校准效率,满足校准工作的智能化需求,文中设计一种高电压互感器的远程校准系统,该系统包括实验室端、云服务端和现场端三个部分。现场端采用树莓派作为主控设备,负责校准数据的采集和上发,并配备摄像头上传视频流。云服务端负责将现场端上发的数据进行存储和处理,同时具备很好的共享性,可供多个现场端和实验室端同时进行访问,在多个地点同时进行实验。实验室端网页负责从云服务端提取数据并自动生成校准证书;实验室端还可实时显示现场端视频流并与现场进行语音连线,实现远程对现场端的控制和监视。所设计系统采用非对称加密算法对数据进行加密传输,并加入时间戳功能来验证实验数据的有效性。实验测试结果表明:高电压互感器远程校准系统的校准误差可以控制在0.1×10^(-6)以下,准确度较高,在计量校准领域具有良好的应用价值。In order to improve the calibration efficiency of high-voltage transformer and meet the intelligent requirements of calibration,a remote calibration system of high-voltage transformer is designed.The system includes three parts:laboratory side,cloud server side and field side.On the field side,Raspberry Pi is used as the main control device to collect and send calibration data,and upload video streams with equipped camera.The cloud server side is responsible for storing and processing the data sent from the field side,and has good sharing,which can be accessed by multiple field and laboratory sides at the same time,and can conduct experiments in multiple locations at the same time.The webpage of the laboratory side is responsible for extracting data from the cloud server side and automatically generating calibration certificates.The laboratory end can also display real-time video streams from the on-site end and make voice connection to the site,achieving remote control and monitoring of the on-site end.In the designed system,the asymmetric encryption algorithm is used to encrypt and transmit data,and time stamp function is added to verify the effectiveness of experimental data.The experimental testing results show that the calibration error of the remote calibration system for high-voltage transformers can be controlled below 0.1×10^(-6),which has high accuracy and good application value in the field of metrological calibration.
