摘　　要：建设工商一体化的烟草行业现代化物流是行业物流发展的方向。为提升行业工商协同的运作水平,文中利用供应商管理库存理念(VMI),站在某烟草工业企业某主销品牌的角度,以其卷烟工业物流中心和周边6个卷烟商业配送中心为优化区域,建立VMI下综合送货车辆路径问题和库存控制问题的库存路径优化模型。利用CPLEX优化软件和案例数据对影响整体运作优化方案的车辆容量、库存能力、库存再平衡等因素进行优化分析。结果表明:所建立的模型可以使得总体运作成本降低42%;卷烟商业配送中心库存能力和车辆配送容量对总费用有较大影响,库存能力和车辆容量越大,总费用则越低,但降低幅度逐渐变小;初始库存的合理配置可使总费用降低;达到卷烟商业配送中心库存再平衡需要更高的总费用。该模型可为相关行业区域工商协同运作水平提供量化决策参考。Building a modern logistics system for the tobacco industry that integrates industry and commerce is the direction of industry logistics development.In order to improve the operation level of industrial and commercial collaboration in the industry,from the perspective of a major brand of a tobacco industry enterprise,taking its tobacco industry logistics center and the surrounding six cigarette commercial distribution centers as the optimization area,an inventory path optimization model for comprehensive delivery vehicle routing and inventory control under vendor managed inventory(VMI)is established by means of the VMI concept.The CPLEX optimization software and case data are used to optimize and analyze factors that affect the overall operational optimization plan,such as vehicle capacity,inventory capacity,and inventory rebalancing.The results show that the established model can reduce the overall operating cost by 42%.The inventory capacity and vehicle delivery capacity of tobacco commercial distribution centers have a significant impact on the total cost.The larger the inventory capacity and vehicle capacity,the lower the total cost,but the decrease gradually decreases.Reasonable allocation of initial inventory can reduce total costs.Achieving inventory rebalancing in tobacco commercial distribution centers requires a higher total cost.This model can provide a reference for tobacco distribution and inventory control optimization in the tobacco industry.
