基于任务驱动的地方高校图书馆特藏建设与利用——以韩山师范学院为例

摘　　要：地方高校图书馆的特色馆藏建设应基于任务驱动,满足师生的教学、研究需要,为学校的人才培养、优势重点学科建设、重点研究平台建设提供相应的资源保障,还要服务区域文化建设,体现地域特色,满足社会读者的需求。文章以韩山师范学院图书馆特色馆藏建设和利用为例,就存在问题提出相应的对策和解决办法。The construction of special collections of local university libraries should be task-driven,meet the teaching and research needs of teachers and students,provide corresponding resources for the cultivation of talents,the construction of advantageous key disciplines and the construction of key research platforms of the university,and also serve the construction of regional culture and reflect regional characteristics,as well as meet the needs of social readers.This paper takes the construction and utilization of Hanshan Normal University Library's special collections as an example and proposes corresponding countermeasures and solutions to the existing problems.
