摘　　要：为提升甘肃省青年科技人才队伍建设,挖掘一批优秀青年科技人才,解决青年科技人才科研经费问题,培养能承担国家级项目的科技人才,甘肃省设立了杰出青年基金和基础研究创新群体项目.通过分析甘肃省杰出青年基金项目、基础研究创新群体项目发展现状和存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因,探讨杰出青年基金和基础研究创新群体项目的管理工作.研究结果对高校和科研院所具有参考意义.In order to improve the construction of young scientific and technological talents and teams in Gansu Province,tap a number of outstanding young scientific and technological talents,solve the problem of scientific research funding for young scientific and technological talents,and cultivate scientific and technological talents capable of undertaking national level projects,Gansu Province has successively set up the Outstanding Youth Fund and the Basic Research Innovation Group Project.By analyzing the development status and existing problems of the Gansu Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund Project and the Basic Research Innovation Group Project that have been approved for construction,and analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper explores the management of the Outstanding Youth Fund and the Basic Research Innovation Group Project. The research results have certain reference value for colleges and research institutes.
