基于风貌导则的外立面改造设计探析——以南安市扶茂工业园区管委会公寓楼立面改造为例

摘　　要：随着城市的快速发展,大量的工业园区老旧建筑出现了诸如品质不佳、无法适应时代需求等问题。因此,以南安市扶茂工业园区临街公寓立面改造为例,对当今城市工业园区公寓的时代特点和设计手法进行分析和探讨,并在风貌导则的控制下,通过色彩材质、材料运用、细部构造、视觉标识、夜景照明的设计,提升建筑的整体品质,营造工业园区活泼的氛围,并注入新质感,希望为工业园区旧公寓的改造提供借鉴和参考。With the rapid development of cities,a large number of old buildings in industrial parks have problems such as poor quality and inability to meet the needs of the times.Taking the renovation of the frontage apartment of Fumao Industrial Park in Nan an City as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the characteristics of the times and the design methods of the apartment in the urban industrial park.Under the control of the style guidelines,the overall quality of the building has been improved,the lively atmosphere of the industrial park has been created,and the new texture has been injected through the design of color materials,material application,detail structure,visual signs,and nightscape lighting,It is hoped to provide reference for the renovation of old apartments in the industrial park.
