摘 要:聚丁烯(PB)树脂因多晶型及结晶过程中缓慢发生的多态化晶体结构转变特征在聚烯烃中独树一帜,如何加速其从较不稳定的晶型Ⅱ向稳定的晶型Ⅰ转变是PB树脂工业化应用中亟待解决的一个问题。文中归纳了PB的晶体类型和结构,介绍了描述PB晶型转变行为的固-固转变理论、内应力诱导转变和系带分子链理论等3种理论;分析了影响PB晶型转变速率的内在和外在因素。最后,对PB树脂结晶行为未来可能的研究方向提出了建议。Polybutene(PB)resin is unique in the polyolefin family due to its polycrystalline type and the characteristics of slowly occurring polymorphic crystal structure transformation during crystallization.How to accelerate the transformation from less stable crystal Ⅱ to stable crystal Ⅰ is an urgent problem to be solved in the industrial applications of PB.In this paper,the crystal types and structures of PB were summarized,and three kinds of theories to describe the crystal transition behavior of PB,including solid-solid transition theory,internal stress-induced transition and strain-molecular chain theory,were introduced.The internal and external factors affecting the transformation rate of PB crystals were analyzed.Finally,some suggestions were put forward to further study the crystallization behavior of PB resin.
