摘  要:本文提出了一种基于㶲分析的层次分析-模糊评价法(analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,AHP-FCE),并利用该方法对村镇固体废弃物的固定床气化工艺进行评价、预测和优选.首先,利用㶲分析法计算出气化系统的㶲效率;其次,结合AHP法和FCE法从㶲效率、产气率、产气LHV、温室气体和废渣排放量5种评价指标对气化工艺进行综合性评价.结果表明:当T=1000℃、ER=0.35时,该气化系统的综合评分最高;氧气-水蒸气气化工艺优于空气气化和水蒸气气化;上吸式空气气化和下吸式氧气-水蒸气气化评分较高,即为最优的村镇固体废弃物固定床气化工艺.The paper proposes an AHP-FCE method based on analytic hierarchy process to evaluate,predict and optimize the fixed bed gasification process of solid wastes in villages and towns.Firstly,the efficiency of the gasification system is calculated by using the cycle analysis method.Secondly,the AHP method and FCE method are combined to comprehensively evaluate the gasification process from the five evaluation indexes of exergy efficiency,gas production rate,lower heating value(LHV)of producer gas,greenhouse gas emissions and waste residue emissions.The results show that when T=1000°C and equivalence ratio(ER)is 0.35,the comprehensive score of gasification system is the highest.The gasification process of oxygen-steam is better than air gasification and steam gasification.Updraft air gasification and downdraft oxygen-steam gasification have the higher score,which is the optimal fixed bed gasification process for rural solid waste.
