脑卒中康复动机量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化脑卒中康复动机量表(SRMS),并进行信效度检验。方法按照改良版的Brislin模型将SRMS进行翻译、回译和文化调适,于2022年1月便利抽样选取青岛市某三甲医院30例康复治疗中的脑卒中患者进行预测试后,形成中文版的SRMS。采用便利抽样法,于2022年1-5月对青岛市某三甲医院的429例康复治疗中的脑卒中患者进行问卷调查,检验该量表的信效度。结果中文版SRMS量表共28个条目,探索性因子分析提取出7个公因子,累计方差贡献率为54.320%。量表各条目内容效度指数为0.86~1.00,平均内容效度指数为0.97,Cronbach′sα系数为0.851,重测信度为0.922。量表结构模型适配指标的卡方/自由度为1.550,近似误差均方根为0.050,比较拟合指数为0.906,递增拟和指数为0.908,Tucker-Lewis指数为0.892。结论中文版SRMS具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为脑卒中患者康复治疗动机的评估工具,能为研究者下一步分析脑卒中患者康复治疗动机的影响因素、制定个体化的干预措施提供参考和依据。Objective To translate the Stroke Rehabilitation Motivation Scale(SRMS)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods According to the improved Brislin model,the SRMS was translated,re-translated,and culturally adapted to form the Chinese version of SRMS.After cross-cultural adaption and pilot-investigation,in January 2022,30 patients undergoing stroke rehabilitation treatment in a third-class hospital in Qingdao were selected for a predictive test,and the Chinese version of SRMS was determined.From January to May 2022,a convenience sample of 429 patients in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke in a third-class hospital of Qingdao was tested the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The Chinese version of SRMS contained 28 items,the exploratory factor analysis extracted 7 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 54.320%.The item-level content validity index was 0.86-1.00,the average content validity index was 0.97,the Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.851,and the test-retest reliability was 0.922.The confirmatory factor analysis showed:χ2/df was 1.550,root mean square error of approximation was 0.050,comparative fit index was 0.906,and incremental fit index was 0.908,Tucker-Lewis index was 0.892.Conclusion The Chinese version of SRMS has good reliability and validity,and it can be used as a tool to evaluate the motivation of rehabilitation treatment of stroke patients,providing reference and basis for researchers to analyze the influencing factors of rehabilitation treatment motivation of stroke patients and formulate individualized intervention measures.
