摘 要:采用数值仿真方法,研究了双环腔燃烧室预燃级不同旋流数下的冷态流场和油雾场。结果表明:在旋流器出口会形成2个旋涡,在离旋流器出口较远处受主燃孔射流和中心隔离环射流影响也会形成1个旋涡。随着旋流数增大,流量系数减小,气流的回流速度及回流量增大,燃油雾化质量改善,从而改善点火性能和小工况燃烧性能;回流区长度基本一致,但回流区径向尺寸增大,旋流器出口燃油质量分数增大,但离旋流器出口60 mm处的燃油质量分数减小。受冷态流场3涡结构影响,存在1个最佳旋流数使得点火电嘴位置处油气比最佳。Numerical simulation was used to study the flow field and fuel mixed field of pilot swirler in the double-annular combustor with different swirl numbers.The results show that two vortices will be formed at the outlet swirler,and a vortex will also be formed at a distance from the outlet wirler due to the influence of the main combustion hole jet and the central isolation ring jet.With the increase of swirl number,the flow coefficient decreases,the axial velocity and return flow of airflow increase which can improve the atomization of fuel and improve the ignition performance and combustion performance under small operating conditions.The length of the recirculation zone under different swirl numbers is basically the same.With the increase of swirl number,the size of the recirculation zone in the radial direction increases and the fuel mass fraction at the outlet swirler increases,but the fuel mass fraction at the outlet swirler 60 mm decreases.Due to the influence of the three vortex structure in the flow field,there is an optimal swirl number that maximizes the fuel-air ratio at the ignition nozzle position.
