摘 要:开关磁阻起动发电机(SRM/G)的静扭矩特性表征了其扭矩输出能力,在设计阶段需进行较为准确的计算,以优化电机性能和降低后续试验成本。为快速获得比较准确的SRM/G静扭矩特性,提出了一种基于ANSYS有限元法求解电机磁化曲线族和磁共能的非线性模型。相比于传统常用的线性或非线性模型,该模型无需对磁化曲线进行反演,不规避微分计算,既能提高计算速度也能获得较好的计算结果。设计了静扭矩特性试验台,并通过试验测定了实际静扭矩特性,验证了该模型的准确性,为SRM/G静扭矩特性计算及优化设计提供了重要参考。The static torque characteristic of switched reluctance motor/generator(SRM/G)stands for its torque output capability.It is important to calculate the static torque characteristic precisely for optimizing its performance and reducing testing cost.In order to obtain the static torque characteristic of SRM/G quickly and precisely,a nonlinear model based on ANSYS finite element was presented to solve magnetization curve and magnetic energy.Compared with other linear or nonlinear model,this model can get better results faster without inversion of magnetization curve and avoiding the differential calculation.Furthermore,the test-bed of static torque characteristic was designed and the measured torque data were obtained through the test.The correctness of the model was verified by experiments,which provided important reference for calculating static torque characteristic and optimizing design of SRM/G.
