摘 要:采用激光透射连接技术对玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂(GFREP)与碳纤维增强尼龙66(PA66CF30)进行连接试验,通过电子万能试验机、超景深三维显微镜(VHX)和接触角测量仪等研究了GFREP和PA66CF30接头的力学性能、微观形貌和表面能,揭示了两者接头的连接机理。结果表明:随着激光功率、连接速率及离焦量的增大,GFREP和PA66CF30的接头强度均呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。熔化的PA66CF30流入接头处GFREP表面的细微凹坑中,形成了机械锚固结构,同时,熔池内部细小均匀的气泡会增强接头强度。GFREP和PA66CF30之间存在很强的范德华力。The connection experiment between glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin(GFREP)and carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66(PA66CF30)was carried out by using laser transmission connection technology.The mechanical properties,micromorphology and surface energy of the joints between GFREP and PA66CF30 were studied by using electronic universal testing machine,ultra depth of field three-dimensional microscopy(VHX)and contact angle measurement instrument.The connection mechanism of the joints was revealed.The results show that with the increase of laser power,connection speed and defocusing amount,the joint strengths of GFREP and PA66CF30 all show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.Molten PA66CF30 flows into the tiny pits on the surface of GFREP at the joint,forming a mechanical anchoring structure.At the same time,small and uniform bubbles in the molten pool can enhance the strength of the joint.There is a strong van der Waals force between GFREP and PA66CF30.
