摘 要:采用马弗炉法测试了12种硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材的灰分,研究了灰分含量对PVC-U管材性能的影响,对比分析了马弗炉法和管式炉法的准确性和适用条件。结果表明:随着灰分含量的增加,PVC-U管材的密度逐渐增大,拉伸性能逐渐变差。当样品质量为1.0 g时,采用管式炉法和马弗炉所得数据很相近。在灰分含量较低区域,采用管式炉法测试3次所得数据的均匀性好于马弗炉法,而在灰分含量较高区域,采用马弗炉法所得数据的均匀性更好。The ash content of 12 types of rigid polyvinyl chloride(PVC-U)pipes was tested using the muffle furnace method,and the effect of ash content on the properties of PVC-U pipes was studied.The accuracy and applicability of the muffle furnace method and the tube furnace method were compared and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of ash content,the density of PVC-U pipes gradually increases and the tensile property gradually deteriorates.When the sample mass is 1.0 g,the data obtained using the tube furnace method and the muffle furnace method are relatively similar.In areas with low ash content,the uniformity of the data obtained from three tests using the tube furnace method is better than that using the muffle furnace method,while in areas with high ash content,the uniformity of the data obtained using the muffle furnace method is better.
