摘  要:采用乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMMA)共混熔融改性聚烯烃弹性体(POE)基体材料,研究了EMMA对POE胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:在EMMA,POE和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物接枝马来酸酐(EVA-g-MAH)三相体系EMMA/EVA-g-MAH/POE中,EVA-g-MAH能够阻碍分散相EMMA的凝聚,稳定了现存的相态结构,达到最佳的改性效果。当EMMA质量分数为20.0%时,EMMA/EVA-g-MAH/POE胶膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及剥离强度(高温老化前)最高,分别为23.9 MPa,612.3%,15020 N/m。在高温老化条件下,EMMA/EVA-g-MAH/POE胶膜的剥离强度相较于老化前均有所下降,但老化后的剥离强度及黄色指数仍高于相关标准要求。Polyolefin elastomer(POE)matrix material was modified by blending and melting with ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer(EMMA),and the effect of EMMA on POE adhesive film properties was studied.The results show that in EMMA,POE and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer grafted maleic anhydride(EVA-g-MAH)three-phase system EMMA/EVA-g-MAH/POE,EVA-g-MAH can prevent the aggregation of dispersed phase EMMA,stabilize the existing phase structure,and achieve the best modification effect.When the mass fraction of EMMA is 20.0%,the tensile strength,elongation at break and peel strength(before high temperature aging)of EMMA/EVA-g-MAH/POE adhesive film are the highest,which are 23.9 MPa,612.3%,15020 N/m,respectively.Under the condition of high temperature aging,the peel strength of EMMA/EVA-g-MAH/POE adhesive film decreases compared with that before aging,however the peel strength and yellow index after aging are still higher than the relevant standards.
