摘　　要：粮食可持续供应是粮食安全的基本要求,粮食供应链稳定是粮食安全的重要前提。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,面对世界百年未有之大变局,构建中国式现代粮食供应链成为新时代满足人民群众美好生活需要、促进粮食供应链现代化、加快构建双循环新发展格局、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的内在要求和必然选择。近年来,我国粮食产量不断提高,但综合生产能力有待增强;我国粮食收储总量充足,但整体效能有待提升;我国粮食物流能力不断提高,但粮食物流体系有待完善;我国粮食加工业发展壮大,但加工水平有待提升;我国粮食销售市场活跃,但市场管理不尽完善,优质优价机制尚未完全形成。因此,为构建系统化、高质量中国式现代粮食供应链,推动我国粮食供应链实现新发展,应以增强粮食综合生产能力、提升粮食收储整体效能、确保粮食物流安全畅通、促进粮食加工水平提升、推动粮食销售提档升级为目标,着力促进粮食供应链协同发展、引领粮食供应链创新、提升粮食供应链风险承受能力、加强对粮食供应链的政策支持、深化粮食供应链国际合作。The sustainable supply of food is the basic requirement of food security,and the stability of food supply chain is the important precondition of food security.With socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered the new era and the profound changes unseen in a century,constructing Chinese-style modern food supply chain has become the internal requirement and inevitable choice to meet the people's needs for a better life,realize the modernization of the food supply chain,accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of the dual circulation,and build China into a great modern socialist country in all respects.In recent years,China’s food production has been improved,but the comprehensive production capacity needs to be enhanced;the total amount of China's food storage is sufficient,but the overall efficiency needs to be improved;China's food logistics capacity has been continuously improved,but the related logistics system needs to be improved;China's food processing industry has been enhanced,but the level of processing needs to be improved;and China's food sales market is active,but the management of food market needs to be upgraded,and the mechanism of high-quality and good-price has not been formed.To build a systematic and high-quality Chinese modern food supply chain and promote the new development of China's food supply chain,the goal should be to enhance the comprehensive production capacity of China's food,improve the overall efficiency of China's food collection and storage,promote the safety and smooth flow of China's food logistics,promote the level of China's food processing,and promote the upgrading of China's food sales;and the efforts should be made to promote the coordinated development of the food supply chain,lead the innovation in the food supply chain,enhance the risk tolerance of the food supply chain,strengthen policy support for the food supply chain,and promote international exchanges and cooperation in the food supply chain.
