摘　　要：提高知识产权创造和储备能力是重塑全球生产要素配置格局、赋能价值链技术扩散的原动力。将知识产权示范城市建设作为准自然实验,聚焦理论逻辑与经验证据层面,借助双重差分(DID)模型实证分析知识产权示范城市建设对企业全球价值链位势攀升的影响效应。结果显示,知识产权示范城市建设对企业全球价值链位势攀升具有显著推动效应,且该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍成立。机制检验结果表明,知识产权示范城市建设以技术创新与吸引外商投资为影响路径,驱动企业全球价值链位势攀升。异质性分析结果显示,知识产权示范城市建设对非国有企业、高新技术企业与加工贸易类企业全球价值链位势攀升的驱动作用更显著。我国应优化知识产权市场环境,完善现代知识产权保护体系建设,加大知识产权监管力度,强化知识产权保护服务基层渗透力度;激发企业技术创新活力,以协同发展赋能企业技术创新,塑造多元主体协同创新格局,发挥数据要素资源优势,推动企业向高附加值产业发展;促进知识产业集聚,畅通知识要素流动,提升产业链外循环水平,“靶向性”制定企业全球价值链地位提升的举措。Improving the creation and reserve capacity of intellectual property rights is the driving force for reshaping the global production factor allocation pattern and enabling the technology diffusion of global value chain.The author takes the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities as a quasi-natural experiment,focuses on the theoretical logic and empirical evidence,and uses the difference-in-differences model(DID)to empirically analyze the impact of the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities on the global value chain position of enterprises.The results show that the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities has a significant driving effect on the rise of the global value chain position of enterprises,and this conclusion is still correct after a series of robustness tests.The results of the mechanism research show that the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities takes technological innovation and attracting foreign investment as the promoting path to rise the global value chain position of enterprises.The results of heterogeneity analysis show that the construction of intellectual property demonstration cities has a more significant driving effect on the rising global value chain potential of non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech industries and processing trade enterprises.Therefore,China should,first,optimize the intellectual property market environment,perfect the construction of modern intellectual property protection system,enhance the supervision on intellectual property,and enhance the permeation of intellectual property protection service;second,China should stimulate the vitality of enterprise technological innovation and shape the pattern of multi-subject collaborative innovation,shape the new innovation pattern with coordination among diversified main bodies,take advantage of data resource,and promote enterprises to develop in industries with high added-value;and third,China should promote knowledge industry agglomeration,smooth the
