高等教育“小同行”学术群体的结构探析--以“双一流”建设研究为例

摘　　要：与高等教育学科“大同行”学术群体不同,指向具体研究方向的“小同行”学术群体不仅有着广泛的社会实践基础,还具有明显的科学社会学研究价值。“双一流”建设研究领域研究学术群体已初具规模,鉴于其“都市型”的研究特征,已经形成规模庞大的核心学者群体,该群体发文分布存在明显的“长尾现象”,被引频次分化严重、合著发文类型化明显。学术群体内部结构聚集程度较低,群体分隔现象较为明显,具有显著的小世界效应,各群体之间仍然存在较强的互联互动潜力,处于网络中心位置的学者拥有“双一流”建设研究领域的重要信息和社会资本,因而具有较高的学术领导力、社会认可度以及最为广泛的交流合作能力。学术群体典型子网所呈现的知识网络和社会网络存在较强的关联性,子网中核心学者的社会资本对团队成员知识生产过程有着重要的影响。Different from the academic groups of the“scholars in the same discipline”in higher education disciplines,the academic groups of the“scholars in the same research field”oriented towards specific research directions not only have a wide range of social practice foundation,but also have distinct scientific sociological research value.The research academic community in the field of“Double First⁃Class”construction has begun to take shape.In view of its“urban”research characteristics,a large group of core scholars has been formed.There is an obvious“long tail phenomenon”in the distribution of publications of this group with serious differentiation of citation frequency and obvious typification of co⁃authored papers.The internal structure of academic groups has a low degree of aggregation,the phenomenon of group separation is obvious,and there is a significant small⁃world effect.There is still a strong potential for interconnection and interaction among all groups.Scholars in the center of the network have important information and social capital in the research field of“Double First⁃Class”construction,so they have strong academic leadership and social recognition and the most extensive communication and cooperation ability.There is a strong correlation between the knowledge network and the social network presented by the typical subnets of academic groups.The social capital of the core scholars in the subnets has great influence on the knowledge production process of team members.
